I wish to enter into this Self-Exclusion Agreement with Casino Time Inc. By entering this Agreement, I accept sole responsibility for my own gambling.
A. I acknowledge that the Self-Exclusion Program is not a problem gambling treatment program, and I understand I may need assistance from other resources.
B. Once self-excluded from Casino Time, I will be unable to login to my account.
C. Once self-excluded I will be ineligible to game, deposit or wager future bets. Withdrawing of funds in my account can only be done by contacting the Casino Time Customer Center.
D. Advertising and marketing emails will cease to my email on file as per Casino Time privacy policy.
E. If I create or attempt to create an account(s) on the Casino Time website before this Agreement
expires, I will be in violation of this Agreement.
F. Should I be identified by iGO or Casino Time employees, as the owner of another player account on the website, the newly created account(s) will be closed immediately
G. I understand that Casino Time will make their best efforts to ban me from gaming on the website during the length of the exclusion. To carry out this ban, Casino Time has implemented identification detection software which continually scans the site for players registered as self-excluded. Notice is made to Casino Time if a match occurs.
H. I agree that iGO and Casino Time will not be held responsible for any damages, including financial loss or otherwise, incurred or caused by me which may arise from my violation of this Agreement.
I. The personal information requested for this Agreement is collected under the authority of Section 33(c) of the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act. It will be used for the purposes of the administration of the Self Exclusion Program. This may include exercises necessary for continuous improvement of the Program including surveys and research. If you have requested that we do not contact you regarding the Program, you will not be contacted for these surveys.
J. Upon completion of the Self Exclusion term, simply contact the Casino Time Customer Support Center. Our Customer Support Center will reinstate your account and provide you with resources available to assist in a safe, fun return to play. Responsible Gaming resources are always available to anyone on the casinotime.ca website landing page.
I agree that I cannot modify, revoke, cancel, withdraw, or rescind this Agreement before it expires. If I wish to remain on the Program once my agreement has expired, I must complete a new agreement.
I agree that I have read, understood, and accept the terms of the self-exclusion program.
