I requested a withdrawal. When will I receive it?

Interac e-Transfer:

In most cases, withdrawals done by Interac e-Transfer take less than 30 seconds from the time you request the payout to the money being deposited into your bank account. (Our personal best is 21 seconds!)

Visa Direct / Mastercard Send:

In most cases, withdrawals to credit cards are processed within 30 seconds from the time you request the payout to the time the funds appear as a pending transaction on your card. We’ve found that some banks may take longer to post payouts and it may take a few business days for it to appear in your account. Unfortunately, this is up to the card issuing bank and is out of our control.

Delays:

While most payouts are fast, there are some cases where it could take a little bit longer. Below are a few of the most common ones:

Manual approvals – We occasionally do a manual review of payouts. This doesn’t necessarily mean there is anything wrong with the transaction, but it was sent for review. It is more common with your first withdrawal or if it is for a large amount. These approvals are usually done by the end of the next business day.

Bank account verification – All first-time withdrawals to a bank account by Interac e-Transfer are subject to account verification to ensure that the account belongs to you. This helps to protect us both from the risk of fraud, and our government regulators also require we do this check. Depending on the verification method you choose, this process can be completed in a couple of minutes (Auto deposit method) or take 48 hours (Micro deposit method).

Large wins – In cases of large wins, we reserve the right to conduct an internal review, which may include additional verification with our game providers, requesting additional player identification, or other elements. This review should be completed within 72 hours and is separate from any other delays related to the payout itself.

Network delays – We rely on various third-party banking partners to provide the fast payouts you expect, but nobody’s perfect. There may be times when transactions process more slowly than usual, particularly around busy times for payments (e.g. first of the month, major holidays).
