First Withdrawal:
A player’s first withdrawal from the Casino Time platform to any specific financial account will need to be manually approved prior to the transaction being completed. This will result in a delay in processing for this first successful withdrawal which can typically range from 1 hour to 72 hours.
Subsequent Withdrawals:
Subsequent withdrawals of up to $1,000 to the same player financial account will be auto approved within seconds. At this point, the transaction is approved and out of our hands. The transaction is now processed by the Interac network and the player’s financial institution.
Subsequent withdrawals of $1,001 and above will still be subject for manual approval.

This actual example shows a 21 second total delay in getting the money into a player account. In this example the player had Interac auto-deposit enabled with their banking institution.
Potential Delay Reasons:
- A player’s first withdrawal will need to be manually approved as discussed above under the section “First Withdrawal”.
- An attempted transaction could be greater than payment processor transaction limits
- Best results occur if a player has enabled auto-deposit with their bank – otherwise deposits will need to be manually accepted by the player – resulting in delays in transaction completions.
- All withdrawal requests are programmatically screened by certain security and anti-fraud processes which could flag an issue.
- Repeated transaction initiations followed by cancellations can result in temporary processing suspensions pending investigation.
- Partner network outages (Interac, Payment Processors, Visa, Master Card, Financial Institutions).
