Close the game and Clear cache and cookies in your browser (this is crucial!), close the browser and try the game again
To clear the cache and cookies, follow these steps for your browser:
Safari (iPhone)
1. Open the Settings app on your I phone.
2. Scroll down and select Safari.
3. Tap Clear History and Website Data.
4. Confirm that you want to clear your history and data.
Safari (MacBook)
1. Open Safari.
2. Click on Safari in menu bar at top of screen.
3. Click on Settings/Preferences (depending on the version of macOS you are running).
4. Click on the Advanced tab.
5. Check the box beside Show Develop Menu in Menu Bar.
6. Now there will be a new Develop tab in the menu at the top of your screen. Click on this.
7. Click on Empty Caches.
8. Close the browser and re open it
Google Chrome
1. Click the three dots menu (⋮) > More Tools > Clear browsing data.
2. Choose “All time” as the time range.
3. Check the boxes for “Cache” and “Cookies.”
4. Click Clear data
5. Close the browser and re open it
Microsoft Edge
1. Click on 3 dots ...
2. Go to Settings > Privacy > Clear browsing data.
3. Select the time range (e.g., “All time”).
4. Check the boxes for “Cache” and “Cookies.”
5. Click Clear.
6. Close the browser and re open it.
Mozilla Firefox
1. Press Ctrl + Shift + Delete simultaneously.
2. Check the boxes for Cache and Cookies.
3. Click Clear data.
4. Close the browser and re open it
