Self-Exclusion Terms and Conditions:
By requesting one of Casino Time’s Self-Exclusion time periods, you agree on offer to the following terms and conditions, which will be effective from the time you receive a confirmation email of your
chosen self-exclusion, this email will be sent to the email address used to register your account only and will display the date of self-exclusion completion.
Self-exclusion requests can be made in the “My Account” “Responsible Gaming” section, then clicking the Self Exclusion tab. Time options are available under the Self Exclusion Tab along with the agreement form. Players may also reach out to Customer Service who can guide through the process.
Once a self-exclusion is applied to your account, it will stay in place until the request time has finished, it will not be reversed or decreased for any reason. Permanent self-exclusions will remain closed indefinitely.
During a Self-Exclusion Period:
Once a player self excludes, the wager is brought to an end.
• Casino Time shall refund a player’s wager if the player enrolls in a self-exclusion program prior to the commencement of an event or series of events on which the outcome of the wager is determined.
• Casino Time will not refund a player’s wager if the player enrolls in a self-exclusion program after the commencement of an event or series of events on which the outcome of the wager is determined. Events also include bonus funds and entries into any promotions occurring during the self exclusion period as the player forfeits these events with enrollment in the program.
• Upon request, your player account balance will be refunded to you on your authorized payment source (processed once a week).
• You will be removed from Casino Time marketing lists.
Casino Time will use all reasonable efforts to ensure compliance with our responsible gambling self exclusion policy. However, you accept that we will not be held responsible or liable if you attempt to open any new Casino Time account or indeed succeed. In addition, Casino Time will not be held liable or accountable if you continue to deposit and wager using additional accounts which have previously not been disclosed. We will not be able to reinstate these if the account is reopened after the self-exclusion period.
You acknowledge that:
1. You should not attempt to deposit or place any wager on your casino Time account during your selected self-exclusion.
2. You should not attempt or proceed to open a new Casino Time account during your self[1]exclusion period, or indefinitely if a permanent self-exclusion has been selected.
3. If you succeed in opening any new Casino Time account during a self-exclusion period, we will endeavor to close any and all such accounts at our earliest detection.
4. Casino Time’s responsibility is only to take reasonable steps to prevent you from gambling on any of our products. It is also the customer’s responsibility to refrain from breaching them agreed terms.
5. This is a voluntary request made by you. If you proceed to breach this agreement, Casino Time or any of its employees are not held accountable or liable for any losses you may suffer. Any losses acquired during your self-exclusion period will not be refunded.
6. The Casino Time Self-Exclusion Program is not a problem gambling treatment program and you understand you may need assistance from other resources.
7. The personal information requested for this Agreement is collected under the authority of Section 33(c) of the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act. It will be used for the purposes of the administration of the Self-Exclusion Program. This may include exercises necessary for continuous improvement of the Program including surveys and research. If you have requested that we do not contact you regarding the program, you will not be contacted for these surveys.
Upon conclusion of your exclusion, our Customer Support Center will reinstate your account and provide you with resources available to assist in a safe, fun return to play. Responsible Gaming resources are always available to anyone on the casinotime.ca website landing page.
I agree that I cannot modify, revoke, cancel, withdraw, or rescind this agreement before it expires. If I wish to remain on the Program once my agreement has expired, I must complete a new agreement.
