Why is my deposit pending?

As a player, you can access your  transactions directly on Paybilt’s website app.paybilt.com. Once there, you will be prompted for your email and will have a Multi-Factor Authentication code texted to your registered phone number.

Once verified, the top panel shows pending transactions (As shown in screenshot below)

This shows a pending deposit transaction. This is indicated by the arrow. (A payout shows the ↗ arrow.) To access the transaction, you need to click the ? icon on the right.


There is a link (highlighted) that you can click to complete the transaction.

The transaction can be completed either by finishing the deposit or by declining the request.

To decline the request, follow the link shown above, scroll down to the very bottom of the page that comes up, and click the Decline Request button.
