If you are unable to produce a utility bill in your name as proof of address, you may upload ONE of the following as proof of address:
Any statement, form, certificate or other source issued by a Canadian government body (federal, provincial, territorial or municipal):
• Property tax assessment issued by a municipality.
• Provincially issued vehicle registration
• Pension Plan statement
• Benefits statement.
Issued by other Canadian Sources:
• Canada 411 (Canada telephone directory)
• Utility Bill like telephone bill, hydro bill or similar
• Record of employment
• Registered investment account statements
• Canadian credit file that has been in existence for at least six months
• Product from a Canadian credit bureau or other third party (containing two trade lines in existence for at least six months)
• Insurance documents (Home, Auto, Life)
• For a currently enrolled student, a transcript or documentation issued by a school that contains a unique reference number.
