I won in a Bingo game, and my winnings were not credited to my account

If you won at bingo and your winnings did not appear in your account, please contact Customer Support with the following information including screen captures from your game history to support your inquiry:

  • Date

  • Time: AM/PM

  • Room Name

  •   Game ID

  • Game Pattern

  •  Amount won

This information can be found under Bingo History

1.      Log in to the Casino Time account.

2.      Click on Bingo

3.      Click on 3 bars beside the Casino Time logo.

4.      Look for Game History

5.      Once on Game history, the player can filter: Date and Time.

This will present all the games played on the specific day/time (EDT). Players can also search using Game type, Room name or game ID (If available)
