You can check if your withdrawal process is complete in the 'Wallet' tab.
Step 1: Click on the '+' icon located beside your account balance. A pop-up menu will appear.
Step 2: Select 'History' and then 'Payment Transactions' from the drop-down which will display your payment transactions.
Step 3: Locate your withdrawal request via the credit card icon displaying a '-' (subtract symbol) for any withdrawals. You should then be able to view the current status, date and time requested, along with the chosen withdrawal amount and provider.
