How do I close my Casino Time account?

To close your account, simply follow these steps:

1.      Login to your account.

2.      Click on Menu

3.       Go to "My Account"

4.       Select "Account Closure"

5.      Click "Close Account" Button.

6.      Enter the date of Birth and choose to close the account

Please note, Casino Time player accounts need to have a zero balance ($0 ) in order to be able to close a player account. Once account is closed, it cannot be reopened for 30 days.

If a player is wanting to place a limit on their account because of a responsible gaming (RG) concern the appropriate tool for this can be found on the RG page.
