How can we help?

Casino Time Payment Network Deposit Limits?

This question is not completely straight forward but is influenced by the interaction of several different systems which work together as part of the platform.

When discussing our payments processor. The processor will have their own set of deposit limits which are global settings. These should be viewed as maximum potential limits for the payment network itself.

Payments Processor Deposit Limits:

Interac e-Transfer:
DEPOSITS
24 Hour: $12,000.00
7 Day: $30,000.00
30 Day: $100,000.00
Max transaction amount: $3,000.00

Credit Card:
DEPOSITS
24 Hours: $10,000.00
7 Day: $30,000.00
30 Day: $50,000.00
Max Transaction amount: $5,000.00

These limits operate as rolling 30-day limits and do not align to specific dates or calendar months.

The payments processor may also reserve the right to impose further restrictions on certain transactions based upon meeting their regulatory and security obligations.

Platform deposit limits:

If we are talking about platform deposit limits on the Casino Time platform itself, there are two types:

1)  RG Limits: These self assessment tools can be used by the player to self-impose deposit limits over certain periods (Daily, Weekly, Monthly). Players are exclusively responsible for their own spending habits, spending limits, RG tools use, affordability assessments, and all real money gaming which occurs on the Casino Time platform.

Please see the separate help center article on how these tools work: (I have a deposit limit set on my account. When can I make my next deposit?)

2)  Affordability Limits: Casino Time does not provide player assessments on affordability and does not assume any responsibility or liability for player decisions or actions while on the Casino Time platform.

Player’s financial institution:

The last leg of any deposit action is the player’s own financial institution. Banks and credit card companies will have their own risk scoring methodologies when setting banking limits for customers. These limits will also be a factor in determining each individual situation.
